ShrewsWeb listened to the post match interviews to get the thoughts of Gary Peters

In the second half we were camped in their half, in the first half a little bit of magic from Joachim has given them the lead and that's what separated the two teams.

We came to terms with them in the second half and spent most of the time in their half, but they hit us on the break which was very disappointing,

I think people would have been disappointed if we hadn't thrown people forward to try and get something from the game.

We had most of the play but didn't get that many chances as they did defend well as a team.

I thought the performance overall wasn't too bad and we gave a good account of ourselves.

I thought our two forwards played well in the second half, I thought Steve Leslie showed a lot of flair in the second half to get past people and get crosses in.

Marc Pugh was on the bench and we could have brought him on but he was feeling a little tight after Sunday's game.

Steve Leslie has done well this season when he's come on and with Marc Pugh feeling Sunday's game it gave us the chance to bring Steve in who is an out and out left winger, as opposed to Pughey who is more right footed. Steve earnt his place and did well today with some great crosses that we should have put away.

That's where the games are being won or lost when we don't put in our chances, with Steve cutting back a good ball for Symesy and another great pass over late on.

We only played a couple of days ago and the pleasing thing was we didn't show any signs of fatigue all the way through the game.
