As new Town manager Paul Simpson looks at the squad he has inherited he has recalled Luke Jones from his second loan spell with Kidderminster Harriers.

Simpson wants to look at his defensive options and with only having Kelvin Langmead and Colin Murdock as recognised centre-backs has brought Luke back.

He joins up with Town for today's training session as Simpson decides on what his first squad as Town manager will be.

Since joining the club on Wednesday Simpson has spent that time assessing the squad as well as enquiring about the availability of loan players to bolster his options.

Town currently have Darran Kempson, Michael Symes and Neil Ashton out on loan, Kempson is on a month's loan with Accrington and can't be recalled in that month, Symes and Ashton are on season long loans and can't be recalled this season.
