Steve Wellbeloved has been appointed as Marketing Manager to oversee the commercial opportunities at the club's new stadium.

Steve, who lives locally, is a Riverside season ticket holder and has over 20 years marketing and commercial experience, including 15 years as co-owner of event management, public relations, advertising and market research companies.

Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Roland Wycherley said: "The move to the new stadium has always been about securing the club's future and ensuring we have the financial resources to compete at a higher level.

As such, this is a key appointment and I'm delighted that we have found someone with the necessary skills and experience - with the added bonus that they come from within our own fanbase."
